Wind or snowstorm barriers

To avoid the problems caused by snow deposited by the wind on roads, mountain passes and some areas of ski resorts, GINESTA installs wind or snowstorm barriers.

These barriers can be made from steel or autoclave-treated wood; the former is used for its resistance and the latter for its better integration with the environment. For each case our Technical Department carries out a study in order to establish the most appropriate method and calculates the optimum height and distance between the various rows.
